Jennifer's dream has been to offer a locally owned brokerage that would offer education, motivation, and full support to agents that would allow them to grow and reach their full potential. Her goal is to add much needed value to her Realtors. The technology, tools and training that she provides her agents will allow them to grow far beyond what was once imagined to assist those looking to buy or sell homes. This is how Bridgeway Realty was born! As a Realtor, Jennifer is a powerful negotiator bringing innovative ideas and strategies to each transaction. Her market knowledge combined with her passion and work ethic continues to exceed client's expectations, proving that personal integrity does bring success. Prior to opening her own brokerage, Jennifer worked as brokerage manager for another real estate office in the area, supervising up to 50 realtors at a time. She was diligent to organizing her time and giving personalized attention to each agent as well as her clients, focusing on different real estate services. Aside from working hard, Jennifer somehow manages to spend time with those who mean the most in her life: her husband, Jason, and their six children, while also giving back to the community. She volunteers at her church and at the local Food Pantry on a regular basis. Jennifer feels that finding the perfect home for her clients is more than the individual home itself, it's about the community, the vitality, and the life that will follow. She has lived in the North Texas area since 1988 and is knowledgeable about the communities that make up Dallas/Fort Worth and its surrounding area.
